In 1995, Chenango Tool purchased Madison Plastics in Verona, NY. This purchase broadened Chenango Tool into molded plastic manufacturing. The merger of Chenango Tool and Madison plastics formed Chenango Valley Technologies in 1996. Today, under the leadership of the 2nd generation President, Shawn Baker, CVT continues the same trajectory as it began. We are continually growing by adding machinery to our tool room as well as our production floor. We strive to produce the best molds and plastic parts in the industry servicing our customers large and small. As CVT moves into the future, we will continue to improve focusing on our customers, employees, products, procedures, and capabilities.
