Chesapeake Climate Control was founded in 2009 during a very slow economy. By focusing on high service, not high prices we have been able to sustain growth and continue to mature even in one of our Country's worst economic times. Through our "RISK FREE - BUY IT BACK GUARANTEE" we have eliminated any risk to our customer that they would otherwise have to accept with any one of our competitors. Basically if any of our customers are unhappy with their new heating or air conditioning system that we installed or any service we provide within one year of said install or service, then we will "BUY IT BACK". This goes for our Climate Club Membership maintenance program as well. How can we do this? Well we feel so confident in our service and operations procedures as well as the continual training we bestow upon our co-workers that we can do this, besides we have already always done this by standing behind our work 100% in the past.
