Chez Laurent / Fine Yacht Provisions specialises in high quality fish, seafood and caviar, supplying yachts, villas and palaces all along the Riviera. We will cut, fillet and vacuum package any product to your exact specifications and we have a flash freezer. We also smoke all our own salmon and home marinate gravalax. We operate from our large 400m² boutique and a laboratory in Mougins, and we have a wide customer base that has been loyal to us for over 15 years. Responsibility We take our role seriously in the preservation of fish stocks, so our products are local, caught fresh by responsible local fishermen. All our suppliers are hand-picked and all our fish arrives directly from the local catch on a daily basis. Local Suppliers Dealing with small, local fish suppliers means guaranteed freshness for our clients. Fishing boats leave local harbours at night and return with their catch in the morning. So all our fish is delivered within 24-48 hours. Standards We adhere to the bye-laws on biological produce and we’re always up-to-date on national and international directives in this domain. The traceability of our products guarantees their origin and consistent quality. Preparation All our wild and line-fished products like sea bass, bream and red mullet are prepared just the way you like them (descaled, gutted, deboned or cut in portions) and vacuum packed to extend freshness and optimize storage. We also have a wide range of shellfish, crustaceans, molluscs and a great selection of prestige products including caviar, smoked salmon, fine wines and spirits. Service We have been loving what we do for over 20 years and continue to put all our know-how and experience to work to supply you with the best products and satisfy all your needs. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we deliver orders to all the harbours along the Riviera in refrigerated trucks, free of charge, 7 days a week.
