CHI Health Partners is a physician-led, clinically integrated network (CIN) of medical providers across Nebraska and western Iowa that work together to promote a high standard of care quality and efficiency for our communities. We serve our more than 2,700 provider members with services including value-based care contracting with payors, provider credentialing and continuing education. Patient care coordination services help to improve patient outcomes and lower overall medical costs by reducing readmissions, ED visits, and duplicative tests.
