The Chicago Lumber Company is the oldest and one of the largest lumber companies in Nebraska. Headquartered in Omaha, Chicago Lumber owns and operates 10 other lumber yards throughout Nebraska and Wyoming. Founded in 1876 Chicago Lumber Company has operated under the same name since June 10th of that year. Providing quality, value priced building products with professional sales, service and support has been Chicago Lumber Company's mission for over a century and has proven to be valuable model. Located at 14th and Pierce Street in Omaha, NE, The Chicago Lumber Company of Omaha has a long history with the city. Chicago Lumber opened its first yard at 7th and Douglas in 1876.
