Chicago Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is a private, Physical Therapist owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic that provides quality outpatient rehabilitation by staffing highly trained therapists that focus on manual therapy as well as exercises. We have free-standing outpatient rehabilitation centers in the Garfield Ridge, Chatham and West Lawn areas of Chicago in addition to the Burbank, Cicero, Downers Grove and Palos Heights areas. We started in 2004 with one location and have since grown to seven locations within the last six years. We continue to expand our offerings by providing services in general orthopedics, sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation and spinal care. We are a dedicated team that works closely with both the patient and physician to improve overall health through communication and treatment. Our facility bases the core of our services on highly trained therapists who provide “hands-on” treatment to every patient using a one-on-one approach. We believe that the patient should be the center of our attention and in turn, take great strides to meet any and all of their needs. At Chicago Rehab we strive to motivate, challenge and encourage our patients to take an active role in their own recovery. As such, you and your therapist will design an individualized conditioning program for you to continue at home or at a fitness facility. In addition, we will also show you how to prevent the re-occurrence of injury by teaching you how to avoid hurting yourself at work or play. The Physical Therapists of the Chicago Rehabilitation Services group share the hard work and commitment needed to accomplish each individual patient's goals. They take a personal and direct approach to each patient and they truly take pride in their patient’s successes. They receive ongoing training to update their therapeutic and manual skills, and are active in continuing education programs.
