About Chicagoland Counseling
I am a relationship therapist who also specializes in trauma with adults 18 and over. I am currently pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. EFT is an effective, research-based model for healing relationships strengthening the emotional bond. I have completed my intermediate year in Somatic Experiencing (SE) for trauma. SE is based in neuroscience research and stress physiology, and brings resilience and healing to those impacted by trauma.
