Founder and Chief Coach, Jessica Harley, brings extensive experience working with emerging startups that are rapidly scaling as well as multi-billion dollar organizations, both an operator and a coach. She takes leaders and teams from pitch-to-scaling-to-profit, increasing their confidence and self-awareness along the way, while lessening feelings of self-doubt or imposter syndrome. Founding teams often have massive expectations placed upon them, particularly immediately following large raising large amounts of capital. Often these teams are lacking the training or knowledge needed to operate a large, quickly expanding organization. With a focus on integrity and authenticity, Jessica coaches those leaders to operate with impact. She challenges leaders to dig deep in order to make better decisions by harnessing the wisdom of their logic, the emotions in their hearts, and the instincts in their gut.
