We provide the treatment children need and the healing families deserve. Because there is no health without mental health. Child Guidance & Family Solutions' donors contribute to positive outcomes everyday by ensuring children have a strong foundation for future success – an investment which creates a stronger community. • The early intervention and services we offer to children with behavioral/mental health issues is life-changing! • With 5 offices in Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls and Twinsburg, placements in 40+ local childcare centers, 7 public schools districts and integrated care in 11 physicians offices, we are where you need is when you need us. • Snapshot of services: outpatient therapy for children and adults with social-emotional issues; groups for anger management, positive parenting techniques, etc; psychiatric services & medication management for youth; intensive home-based therapy; and specialty services for adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. • Approx. 65% of clients are Medicaid-eligible and the remainder have private insurance or self-pay.
