Founded in 1980, Child Health Services at MCHC is a NCQA recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home dedicated to strengthening families. To complement our expert pediatric and adolescent primary health care clinics, CHS offers Mental and Behavioral Health Services, Nutrition Counseling and Family Support programs. CHS is also home to Special Medical Programs which provides an array of programs that serve children throughout New Hampshire with special medical needs. CHS collaborates extensively with other community service organizations and health care providers throughout the region and is a training site for medical and social work students from universities around the state.
