Child's Cup Full is a non-profit social enterprise based in Zababdeh village and managed in the US. Our aim is to create lasting economic growth in the West Bank by providing talented refugee and low-income women artisans training and job opportunities. Our Mission is to empower historically marginalized Palestinian women by creating lasting economic opportunities in the West Bank. Our vision is to change the landscape of economic opportunity for women in the West Bank and create circumstances where any Palestinian woman can achieve a fair working wage. Every dollar spent with a Child's Cup Full brands provides meaningful work for women in Palestine. We are in the business of changing Palestinian women's lives through job opportunities and economic development. Providing women in the West Bank with valuable skills assists in lifting them out of poverty. We formed two brands, Darzah and Zeki Learning, to help our artisans market their traditional skills. Now, we continue to offer training to help them be more competitive in the difficult job market. Child’s Cup Full employs and empowers women in the West Bank. We are able to sustain our operations through the sale of our Fair Trade certified products. Partnering with other organizations allows us to offer work for more women and we rely on a dedicated board and volunteer teams in the USA and Palestine to accomplish our goals.
