CHILLOUTS is a headwear brand that has been designing stylish, high-quality hats, beanies, and caps for every lifestyle since 2004. Our mission is to create trend-conscious, comfortable, and versatile headwear for every head and every situation. Our story began in 1992 when founder Eli Assouline started selling art prints at markets to finance his studies. Over time, he expanded into handmade jewelry and sunglasses, sourcing unique pieces from his travels across Asia. In 2004, inspired by the carefree spirit of Thailand’s legendary "chillout parties", Eli launched CHILLOUTS as a brand — embodying a relaxed, adventurous, and fashion-forward lifestyle. A year later, our first hat collection debuted at a major sports fair, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response. From that moment on, headwear became our sole focus. We expanded rapidly, establishing our headquarters and warehouse while growing our product range. Today, CHILLOUTS offers a wide selection of beanies, hats, baseball caps, docker caps, and many more — designed for comfort, functionality, and style. For years, we've been releasing two collections annually, blending current trends with premium materials to ensure the perfect fit for every occasion.
