About China Herb Company

China Herb was founded in 1991 by Cara O. Frank, R. Ac, Dipl ac & Ch. She has been a practicing acupuncturist since 1983, but it was in 1988 during internship at a traditional herbal hospital in Beijing, China in that she fell head first into a love affair with Chinese herbs, an affair from which she has yet to recover. Upon her return to the US, Cara immediately began to establish her own personal pharmacy for private practice. China Herb Company was born serendipitously as an extension of Cara's personal pharmacy, when other local acupuncturists requested that she fill formulas for their clients. Sensing a need for high quality custom formulas that honor both the tradition of herbalists as well as clients specific needs, China Herb began to offer its services nationally. China Herb Company is committed to creating Chinese herb formulas customized to your clients' precise needs. Many practitioners find it difficult to maintain their own herbal pharmacies, and keep every herbal formula on hand. As your personal herbal pharmacy we will supply you with customized, made-to-order formulas. You can create your own formulas and never have to compromise accuracy for convenience again. We supply herbal formulas in raw, powdered, and liquid form and ship them directly to you or your client.
