Ltd, which completed the acquisition and reorganization of the former China Southern Securities Co. and was established on 28 Sep 2005. It is a country-wide securities conglomerate with registered capital of RMB 5 Billion. The parent company of China Investment Securities Co. is wholly owned by Central Huijin Investment Ltd., which carried out the mandate authorized by the State Council, representing the Chinese Government , performing its duties as the investment fund provider and investing 100% state-owned company in the focused financial sector in compliance with regulations. The Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of Central Huijin are appointed by the State Council and report to the State Council. Our main businesses include: securities brokerage, asset management, research and analysis, are supervised by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission regulation, with Type.1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 licenses.
