I am passionate and dedicated to supporting folks living with borderline personality disorder (BPD), complex PTSD, attachment trauma, and various mental health, substance use and trauma concerns. My therapeutic modalities for counselling integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems. Using a multimodal approach to treatment and drawing on my lived experience, training, and professional knowledge, I’m able to work from a variety of frameworks, including trauma-informed, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive practice, and polyvagal and attachment theory. As a therapist who brings warmth, empathy, and validation into each session, I strongly believe in a collaborative approach. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental, and inclusive space.
