Chive Insight & Planning is an international ‘creator’ insights agency, specialising in innovation - Brand, Product & Market. We create with our clients and research participants to produce game changing insight: “You’re always good, but this is a seismic piece of research” Healthcare client 2018 We hold an innate belief in the power of people, be they regular consumers, professionals or consumers with a particular sensibility. Utilising enjoyable and creative techniques (qualitative & quantitative), to get the best out of everyone. Whilst covering many sector areas, we have particular expertise in Health & Personal Care (including Pharmaceutical), Financial & Travel. We work with a real mix of clients - SMEs through to global headquarters. The majority of whom we've worked for a long time, often moving companies with our individual clients. We have particular specialism in NPD, hence working with a number of start up companies also. One of our core tenets is that any piece of research has to be fit for the purpose required, we tailor our solutions to fit both budgets and business needs. We also believe that the research must be enjoyable to participate in. Without enjoyment richness of insight is lost. This belief is regardless of whether we're working with consumers or professionals (B2B), qualitative or quantitative. We're all consumers at heart and as such the same thought processes take place and creative techniques to dig out nuggets of gold can equally be utilised. We don't believe in static groups, it’s all about active creativity and we certainly don’t believe in endless list style questionnaires.
