CHOE associates, PLLC provides traditional architectural services for various program types to fit a client's needs with a strong background in building construction and planning practices in our profession. Our research and experiences continue to grow and develop in the area of LEED building certification and construction as well as building management services to transfer your existing building documents into digital building models to benefit from current technology in the field of facility management. Our team is comprised of members who share the enormous trust and confidence of one another through many successful projects in our previous employment together. All of our members are responsible and accountable for their professional conduct which we believe will be the sure way to gain your trust and satisfaction and at the same time the key for this new company to succeed. In addition, CHOE associates, PLLC, is certified by the Office for Historically Under utilized Business (HUB) - Department of Administration, and the DBE program by the Department of Transportation in the State of North Carolina which was established to help promote minority owned businesses like Choe Associates.
