About Choice Companies
In 1976 Choice Companies opened its doors as a retail flooring store in Prince Georges County, Maryland with just two employees on the payroll. Founders, Glenn Walker, and Kenneth Cleaver spent decades developing the business and diversifying the product offerings. And, after many years of earning the respect and trust in the retail and builder communities Choice Companies has drastically expanded its footprint and now manages two separate entities: Choice Floors and Choice Stairways. Today, we sell flooring products, and manufacture stairs and rails for retail clients, residential builders, commercial contractors, and multi-family developers. Our products can be found in projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2021 Choice Companies relocated their headquarters to Largo, Maryland along with Choice Stairways 80,000 square foot manufacturing plant and Choice Floors 10,000 flagship showroom. Choice Floors has a second showroom in Owings, Maryland. Together the companies employ over 100 employees throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
