About Choices Pregnancy Centers

Since 1983, Choices has been serving young women, men, and babies. We’re a non-profit, privately funded community health center in compliance with federal and state laws. We serve the Greater Phoenix area and are staffed by client advocates and medical professionals who are here to listen and provide the facts and information to help individuals make informed decisions about their body, sexuality, and future. All consultations are confidential and the majority of our services are free or at a very low cost. Many of the young women and men we serve are at a crossroads in their lives due to an unplanned pregnancy. They face one of the most important decisions about life at a time when they feel theirs is unraveling. They fear rejection, condemnation, and isolation from their family, friends and social circles. At Choices, we understand that the ultimate decision is theirs to make. Although we don’t refer or provide abortion services, we provide a safe place to talk, explore options, seek medical services, learn about available resources and hear about the hope available to all of us for a better life.
