In 2007 Guido Fabris and Caroline Khouri set up Chokolate Ltd in London. With a background in Casting and Production what started out as a boutique Dance Agency, managing choreographers and dancers quickly evolved into a One-Stop-Shop Entertainment Agency & Production Company specialising in castings, management, production and visuals. Chokolate has catered for a myriad of projects from casting high profile music videos, producing London West End theatre shows, to running a label, on set coordination and following projects from start to finish as Creative Producers and Associate Producers. After signing on Creative Director Frank Gatson onto their books in 2008, Chokolate has gone from strength to strength working with artists such as Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, JLo, Coldplay, Usher, Katy Perry, Pink, Kid Rock, The Band Perry, Alexandra Burke, cast of Empire, Latoya Jackson, Luke James and Chris Grant on shows such as the Grammys, MTV Awards, Billboard Awards, BET Awards, Oprah, Fashion Rocks, American Music Awards, So You Think You Can Dance, Royal Variety Show, Academy of Country Music Awards, Country Music Awards and so on. In 2014 Chokolate branched out into production of Graphic Content with Chokolate Vision delivering bespoke 2/3D, CGI, animation content design suitable for projection mapping Holograms, LED walls, TV/web. With so much work in the US, Chokolate LLC was formed with a branch in L.A. Since then Chokolate has worked on Caesars Palace long running Vegas show ‘Jubilee’ as associate producers, Jennifer Lopez’ NYE show at the Colosseum as creative producers and L’Oreal and Target Commercials as casting directors.
