Chor Bazaarr Restaurants has been launched in 2023 with a vision to deliver an authentic experience that serve all seven senses. Chor Bazaarr Restaurant takes its patrons on a journey to sharing experiences of a global nomad, discovering forgotten trinkets of time, indulging in nostalgic flavours, savouring the flavours of the Indian Sub-continent. Our restaurant is a twist of an old, eclectic & exotic travellers’s living room. The thief is a traveller collecting memobillia from his days in bazaarrs of Benaras and Calcutta. He is a reader with musty bound leather books from Egypt & perfume afficianado with a casket full of must & jasmine crystal bottles. The walls of his living room have frame Jodhpur durries as art, and corner has a tattered Pakistani film poster. His dining table has plates from every hotel in the world, and coasters are collected as memories of conversations in bars of Bombay. Every cushion on the couch is like a post card from a different city. When you sit down to dine with him, the starters will take you to Chandni Chowk and main course to streets of Madras, the desserts may be a mishit-doi from Dhaka, and the cocktail an old toddy mix from Goa. When you get up to leave, you are not leaving his exotic home, you bid goodbye to all of his travels down the roads of Hindostan! The Chor Bazaarr is a museum of memories. Our founders love consistency and dining in style but are not afraid to step off the usual circuit in order to try something new. Along with a team of versatile Chefs and and highly qualified professionals, we endeavour to deliver an experiencial delight!! Our core values are trust, loyalty, respect, passion, empathy and adaptability and we are working towards hiring our team who align to such values and launch our for our two brands Chai Stories and Chor Baazaar Restaurant in Burnham, Slough.
