About Chord Consult

Chord Consult is an M&E consultancy founded in June 2022. With over 80 years combined experience, the four Directors have established the business to focus on three key differentiators which will continue to lead our design ethos. We will strive to ensure our solutions are: - Collaborative: The brand name comes from the principal driver that our solutions must be harmonious with the aspirations of all design team members and client stakeholders. Commercially Aware: We pride ourselves in understanding the value of our solutions from conception, and ensuring they fit within the overall cost expectations. Practical: Sustainable solutions can only work if they are realistic, affordable, and socially appropriate. We will lead our design teams in ensuring carbon aspirations are tested through all key stages and answered responsibly. Delivering technically sturdy design solutions is paramount to our design methodology. For this reason, one of our business principals is to ensure director level input is maintained at all stages through the design and delivery process. This approach not only guarantees that the highest level of experience is driving our solutions, but also ensures that the client, design, and delivery teams develop positive relationships and have direct access to the business owners.
