CHP+Worx provides small scale modular 2,500 BOPD Turbo Refineries with integral electrical power generation of 3.7 MWh. The Turbo Refineries are the perfect solution for Regional Refining & Regional Power Generation in remote oilfields that have unstable/undependable electricity, high pipeline/transportation costs, or losses due to vandalism and crude theft. The CHP+Worx refinery systems can be operated in parallel to offer refining capacities of 2,500 – 10,000 BOPD or more. Build timeline is 14 – 16 months priced at: $20 MM - $25 MM each. • Improved Efficiency – by using the Combined Heat and Power for both Electrical Power Generation and Crude Oil Refining • Safety – the use of waste heat recovery versus using conventional process heating significantly improves the Area Classification, and overall safer operating environment • Smaller Footprint – process heaters are replaced with a proprietary, unitized, Waste Heat Recovery Unit. • Containerized Solution – Every piece of the combined power generation and crude oil refinery fit into 14 stackable standard shipping containers • Reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions – CHP requires only one heat source rather than multiple, and the gas turbine efficiency generates very low carbon emissions • Only CHP+Worx integrates a gas turbine into the system to generate electrical power • Only CHP+Worx captures that exhaust heat from the gas turbine to distill the crude oil without any open flames • Only CHP+Worx provides this entire solution packaged in shipping containers to simplify transportation, assembly, and plug and play maintenance • Only CHP+Worx provides a pre-delivery Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) whereby the full Turbo Refinery and electrical power generation are dynamically tested for 24 hours before client acceptance and prior to export
