The quality food we offer clients is what we eat ourselves. Our small business evolved from a dietary strategy for helping Chrissy ease the symptoms of myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. Based on eight years of research and personal testing, our recipes are designed to boost energy and reduce inflammation. But you don’t need to be in poor health to benefit from a wholesome diet. Our food is meant for anyone who is pressed for time, sees cooking as a chore, or just appreciates good food and knows it is foundational to good health. You can choose from a wide range of tasty entrees, desserts, and snacks that we provide frozen to use at your convenience. Our Food Philosophy Eating healthily doesn’t mean having to miss out. We believe in nourishing the body and eating in a way that’s enjoyable and therefore sustainable. Our frozen, minimally processed dishes are made without the use of meat, wheat, and refined sugar, and are low in dairy (with many vegan options available). While many of them are paleo or diabetic-friendly for example, our range does not conform to a specific diet, nor is it always low in calories. Our approach is based on using the most nutritious ingredients we can without sacrificing taste, and making sure that every calorie in our delicious home-cooked meals counts.
