About Christ Clinic Fort Collins
CHRIST-CENTERED CARE FOR ALL Christ Clinic offers free healthcare services to anyone in need. We aim to care for the complete person, not simply physically, but emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually. We believe every person is made in the image of God and equal in His eyes. The care we provide is an expression of Jesus' love through us. Our mission is to follow Jesus by providing spiritual and medical care to members of the northern Colorado community who experience hardship in the face of illness due to lack of access to healthcare. The clinic is staffed by volunteers from the Christian medical and faith communities. SERVICES Christ Clinic accomplishes its mission by providing access to free primary care in northern Colorado regardless of anyone's background, creed or beliefs. Our clinic provides family medicine care for all members of the family. This includes young adults; families with children; and adults with chronic diseases who are not yet eligible for Medicare. Our goal is to develop ongoing relationships between patients and Christ Clinic. Therefore, all visits are by appointment only. Unfortunately we cannot provide urgent care. General care -Well-woman exams -Annual and sports physicals -Therapeutic joint injections -Management of chronic conditions, including: -Blood pressure issues -Thyroid concerns -Diabetes -Depression and anxiety Laboratory services -Diabetes screening -Flu/strep testing -Urine analysis -Pregnancy testing GET INVOLVED Volunteers serve one Monday evening or one Saturday morning a month.
