CDVA is a commercial architectural practice focusing on retail projects. Our expertise includes: Produce a retail leasing plan that conforms to site and budgetary constraints, whilst adhering to retailers’ requirements. Develop the design of the retail project to suit its unique needs. Present to shareholders and/or stakeholders and provide leasing marketing material. Produce sets of fully compliant council submission drawings, and advise on the scope of, and provide assistance with, the necessary approvals. Provide a detailed set of tender drawings, which the project quantity surveyor will use to compile the project tender documentation. Administer the building contract, and all its related functions. Produce detailed construction documentation that matches the original design intent, ensuring that the end product matches the original concept. Scale up to service the project with the team of professionals required. We have built up a relationship with reputable collaborators and independent contractors. Provide the full suite of Standard Architect’s Services as set out by the Architectural Profession Act. Depending on the retail project’s requirements, additional services can also be offered. Additional services include interior design, tenant coordination, 3D lidar scans and as-built drawings of existing retail projects. The additional services are not included in the standard services and would be subject to additional compensation. We are open to a partial services agreement, whereby the Standard Architect’s Services are shared with another architectural practice in a joint venture relationship, or where the principal agent duties are handled by a separately appointed project manager.
