About Christian Mission Aid
Christian Mission Aid (CMA) is a cross-denominational Christian organization making Christ known and alleviating poverty and suffering in Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan. Our Mission is to assist churches and communities in Africa to effectively meet the spiritual, social and physical needs of their people. Our primary objectives include: Christian Outreach -Training pastors and church leaders to be effective leaders in their communities -Providing resources such as Bibles and bicycles to pastors in rural Africa -Engaging the deaf community in Kenya -Showing powerful Christian films in various languages to share the Gospel of Christ Community Development -Providing primary healthcare in rural South Sudan through health centers and mobile clinics -Supporting HIV/AIDs widows and orphans by providing income generating activities and housing -Implementing drought recovery measures to lessen the impact of drought on communities -Changing the culture of forced marriage and FGM through our Girls' Rescue Center Children & Youth Ministry -Training primary school teachers and providing curriculum -Hosting sports camps, youth camps, and VBS programs to reach children and teens -Keeping young girls in school by mentoring them on issues of pubescent development, hygiene, and self-esteem, and providing feminine products Aid & Relief -Providing timely aid with food, clothing, shelter, and more to the poorest people -Disaster relief in East Africa
