We want to create safe, inclusive spaces where women and members of the LGBTI+ community can contribute meaningfully to the development of our economy. Representation matters – and as we equip leaders in Corporate South Africa with the tools to empower, we not only allow employees to bring their whole selves to work, but to drive the innovation required by diverse teams for products and services. We achieve our vision through facilitating dialogue, empowerment and training (skills development) and creating change at the systemic level of corporate South Africa, we can drive the changes that advocacy has been evangelising for years.
