When we set up Chrysalis, we were concerned that many suppliers in the marketplace had moved to a “box shifting” scenario, offering no expertise, advice or protection to the buyer. Protecting our clients is at the forefront of everything we do. Our customer services department is there to advise on products and their application, ensuring that you get the right product in the right environment. Our managing director Donna Taylor has spent the last 30 years serving clients within the cleaning supplies industry. Her passion for service, for doing things right first time and driving the standards in our industry is second to none. In setting up Chrysalis she saw the gap in our marketplace for knowledge and great support, that is often needed across the many sectors we work with. We are proud that every member of our team goes through extensive learning and development, to ensure that whether advising a client or delivering a product, we do it in the right way.
