Chunk Training enables veterinary practices to become world class by teaching teams to follow best practice in client care and communication. We deliver online modular training relevant to the whole practice team (receptionists, support staff, nurses and surgeons), suitable for those at all levels. The courses are accessed online at the push of a button and full progress and performance reporting is available for the practice manager while the trainees work through the modules. Examples of course modules are: Delighting the client Winning the new client What’s that crawling on my pet? What’s that lurking in my pet? Is it an emergency? Handling complaints and mistakes Pet insurance Client debt control Quizzes test understanding within each course, and practice managers can run bespoke reports to track their trainee’s performance on each module. Modules on vaccination and parasite treatment are personalized to YOUR practice’s protocols. Each course of 5-6 modules is delivered at scheduled intervals to encourage a culture of regular training.
