Churchill Education helps people get the qualifications their experience deserves and their career needs. Qualifications lead to greater pay and career opportunities. Our qualifications are approved by the Australian Government and awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL assesses examples of your actual work , rather than forcing experienced people to complete study, exams and assignments. This is who we help and how RPL makes a difference. Our clients spend their working lives developing extensive knowledge and skills. Climbing the career ladder, their responsibilities grow. (Many of our Alumni are on LinkedIn.) But at some point in their career, a gap opens up between their Experience and their Education. They are experienced but unqualified or under-qualified. Often, their Education on a LinkedIn profile is: 1. Blank - they never completed any formal qualifications, but spent years learning on the job. 2. Outdated & Inadequate - they haven't updated their qualifications in years, it didn't seem necessary. 3. Unrelated - they hold qualifications from another industry/field and it's unclear how these past qualifications are relevant now. Additionally, our clients are at a point of career change, from seeking promotion, a new company or a new industry. Challenges such as redundancy, health / family needs or contracts ending may also be impacting their careers. Our clients realise in a competitive market, qualifications matter as much as experience. (Often they come to us after getting passed over for interview or promotion due to their lack of qualifications.) Qualifications are a priority now to keep moving ahead.
