About Churchill's Britain Foundation
OUR GOAL The goal of Churchill’s Britain Foundation is to promote the ideals, values, principals and life lessons of Sir Winston Churchill, breaking the myth that Churchill was born into greatness, and giving confidence and determination to all who hear about him. OUR OBJECTIVES 1. To ensure that history is remembered and preserved, demonstrating the importance of knowing, understanding and appreciating our own history, so that we are never again; doomed to repeat it. 2. To instil a sense of character, values, integrity and public service in today’s future leaders, through the example set by Sir Winston Churchill. 3. To offer encouragement to all students and adults, specifically those with learning difficulties, to discover within themselves their own particular talents and abilities, so they may overcome any challenges impeding their success. 4. To provide any and all types of assistance to those that have the desire and determination to play a part in the field of public service. OUR AIMS 1. To establish a Churchill Class Curriculum that assists both students and teachers to introduce the emphasis on the importance of history, literature and ethical leadership. 2. To provide online interactive resources, research materials, lesson plans and worksheets for both students and teachers. 3. To create a nationwide Churchill lecture series tailored to the needs of its audience, accompanied with the option of DVDs of a pre-recorded talk given on their chosen area of interest. 4. To create an endowment fund that will support educational causes for children with learning disabilities, as well those seeking careers in public service
