Cornwall-based property business with over 30 years of experience and a strong focus on community housing provision. Since 2019, we've been providing safe, stable, and fully managed accommodation for families facing housing crises — including those affected by domestic violence, financial hardship, or sudden displacement. Our approach is driven by social impact. We combine high-quality properties with hands-on support and responsive management, helping vulnerable families regain stability and move toward permanent housing. Our model is built for long-term sustainability. Our ongoing development and maintenance pipeline is supported by a dedicated in-house team and trusted local trades, creating solutions that work for the community as well as property owners. We are proud to make a meaningful impact in the lives of local families and are actively exploring ways to expand our portfolio and develop long-term solutions to homelessness and housing affordability in Cornwall. While we aim to help as many people as possible, we currently do not accommodate individuals with substance dependencies or significant antisocial behaviour, as these cases require specialist support.
