Welcome to CI Home Care. We are committed to providing exceptional care -to support clients remaining safely in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Our team of trained, experienced and police-checked Carers deliver empathetic and personalised care to meet the unique needs of each client via a range of hourly to overnight to Live-in care packages which can be seamlessly changed if a client’s needs change. Our services include support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, shopping, transport to and from social activities or medical appointments, companionship and much more. We help clients with a range of age-related physical and mental challenges varying from mobility issues to the differing types of dementia. We know that every individual has different needs, preferences, and challenges and that’s why we take a person-centred approach to care. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of our clients, promote their independence and provide peace of mind to their families. We enjoy the challenge overcoming “care-reluctance” and especially value compliments from those who may have only started with a trial period as “they didn’t need care”….but now look forward to our visits! We believe that communication, trust, and respect are essential to building strong relationships with our clients and, as appropriate, their families. That’s why we always involve our clients and, if desired, their families in the care planning process and are always available by ‘phone and email. Our team is comprised of empathetic, experienced, and qualified Managers, Seniors and Carers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients.
