About Cinnaglaze

From Chaos to Purpose Previously a catering business known in Canberra as Cangraze, the grazing table business was crippled by the global pandemic COVID-19 and the restrictions implemented to stop its spread. Cinnaglaze was born as a way to maintain a business income during this time by selling cinnamon scrolls by the road side. Iteration after iteration refined the recipe and process to eventually develop a product that became a phenomenon and incredible success among the first customers. The focus then concentrated on how to bring the scrolls to as many people as possible. To do this we needed a mission and a clear purpose that was bigger than the business itself. This is when we decided to make the contribution of $1 from each individual original glazed cinnamon scroll sold, towards Act For Kids. Now when the team get up in the morning to prepare, bake or sell our scrumptious creations, they are not just putting a smile on your face but they are working towards helping children in need.
