About Circle Environmental
Richard Middleton, the founder & chairman, invented a process to create renewable energy from hazardous waste. By removing used Oils from Spill Clean up products, Middleton cleans the Oil Sorbents for Reuse through a series of patented methods and the Oil refined and sold.
