About Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County
Success, One Family at a Time This is the vision of Circle of Care. We believe that every child and family have the ability to succeed. Our model of care, the Wraparound Philosophy of, "It takes a village to raise a child,", is family-driven, culturally competent, and community-based. Using both formal and informal supports, we build on the strengths of the family to develop positive outcomes. We work with youth up to age 21 who live in Passaic County, with complex behavioral health, mental health, substance use, intellectual, and developmental needs and their families.
