Circuit of the Northwest will be 232-acre playground for the passionate auto enthusiast located 53 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, across the street from a 6000’ FBO airstrip. Circuit of the Northwest will include a state-of-the-art Tilke designed 2.66 mile (4.28 km) FIA/FIM road course, motocross facility, KIA certified karting facility, and skid pad. In addition, Circuit of the Northwest will have a luxury private clubhouse that will offer a wide array of amenities such as a lounge, spa, exercise room, quiet spaces and private dining areas. This will be a place where car enthusiasts can keep, show and exercise their vehicles as well as enjoy social time with others who share a passion for performance vehicles. In short, the facility will be world class, providing the ultimate racing environment in a country club setting and unforgettable experiences on paved and dirt racing circuits. In 2014 the Circuit of the Northwest, LLC began the process of interviewing multiple groups for Owner Representation.
