The monitoring station is manned on a 24-hour basis, and controllers are in constant contact with reaction staff that will respond to alarm conditions where necessary. The above encompasses a fully automated alarm-processing unit. It provides the subscriber with specialized application of the installed system in respect of the number of Pass Codes, the frequency of supervised opening and closing events and up to 26 names on each subscriber's call list. Incoming alarms are automatically sent to the next available operator in the correct priority order. Furthermore, an instant look-up facility is available to enable the subscriber with direct access to the alarm history information, call list information, opening & closing schedules and control panel testing schedules. The technical division has the knowledge, the experience and product range to advise and supply the client with professional installations of alarms and monitoring equipment CCTV systems, gate motors and intercoms or security related issues. The division has the support of the guarding division to timeously deploy a security officer should a client's alarm prove faulty or inoperative. This added service is provided to ensure that a client would never be without protection for as long as CITIPROTECTION is responsible for the security service.
