About Citizens Advice Bureau NZ
We are a nationwide and locally based community organisation that provides a free, confidential, and independent service to the public of information, advice, and advocacy. We work to empower people to resolve the issues they come to us with. We also use what we learn from helping people to advocate for laws and policies that protect human rights and well-being, and speak out against those that harm them. Our service is provided by 2,000 trained volunteers, in 80 locations around New Zealand. Our volunteers are supported by a comprehensive knowledgebase and regular learning.
