About City Center
Founded in 2016 by Jed and Julie Chappell, City Center is leading change through compassionate action in the heart of OKC. The mission is personal. Jed grew up selling drugs and stirring up trouble. Julie struggled to make ends meet as a single mom. They are living examples that your past does not define your future. City Center is a safe place that youth and families rely on for vital support.
