About City of Bedford - Old Bedford School
www.oldbedfordschool.com www.facebook.com/oldbedfordschool Old Bedford School was the grade school for all of Hurst, Euless, and Bedford from 1915 to 1969. After it tragically burned down in 1991, it was restored to it's original 1915 design and reopened as a rental facility and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior. We rent out our venue for weddings, performances, art shows, bridal/wedding showers, parties, ceremonies, meetings - basically anything you want to use the space for! The Heritage Education organization gives tours of the old school to elementary school children throughout the year. We also have monthly events for anyone to attend: -Murder Mystery Dinners catered by Boomer Jacks and the production performed by the U.S. Actors Company. -Classic Movie Night in our vintage auditorium - come see a classic movie on our big screen! -Twilight Thursdays - free outdoor concerts every Thursday this April and May.
