City Plan Planning (CPP) is a full-service town planning consultancy that provides tailored solutions in the preparation of planning reports, research, site feasibilities, management of development applications along with guidance for regulatory authorities. We are backed by years of proven experience in a diverse range of fields that includes some of the most bold and often contentious developments across the State (Qld). From extractive industries adjacent Ramsar wetlands to some of the tallest high-rise towers across the State, often in prominent areas where such change is not always embraced by all parts of the community. While we have considerable experience in more complex developments, we also enjoy being involved in smaller scale developments noting that they too have their own challenges which can be easily overlooked if not addressed appropriately.
