After years of working in Manchester City centre, City Salads Founders Lauren Drury and Harrison Prosser became frustrated by the lack of healthy eating options offered by the supermarkets and franchise giants. As keen fitness fanatics and big time food lovers, they were offended by the current lunch market offering, mostly packed full of chemical additives and unnecessary ‘bad’ sugars. Growing tired of struggling to find a generous, protein packed, energising and well balanced lunch, they set out to create a convenient service where the office workers of Manchester/Cheshire/Warrington/Manchester Airport could order healthy, delicious & affordable lunches delivered directly to their office. “Our promise at City Salads is to ensure our products are of the highest quality, consistently.
