Our team's diverse professional backgrounds bring a unique breadth of expertise to every project we undertake. We are one of a small handful of Woman owned firms in the region. Our partners, Deanna Heil and Chantelle Noble, and talented staff draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience in the intricacies of urban construction and historic rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on our ability to organize often widely divergent interests and priorities, efficiently moving projects toward the final goal of successful completion. We are adept at finding innovative solutions to difficult scenarios, utilizing a deep understanding of, and proficiency with, building and zoning codes, historic guidelines and state and federal funding regulations. The success of our projects is a result of the collaborative relationships that we establish with our clients. CITY STUDIOS works closely with owners, developers, non-profit organizations, consultants and contractors throughout the entire process of a project. Our projects succeed because we make informed decisions based on our clients' objectives and goals, construction budgets, scheduling requirements and design aspirations. We are dedicated to the creation of dynamic, thriving neighborhoods which serve the needs of all who inhabit them.
