It is quick, efficient, and an affordable way of travel to Kuwait’s major areas. This service runs as per customers flexibility. The core objective of “Citylink Shuttle” is to implement Demand Responsive Transport (“DRT”) service that provides optimised and safe transportation by matching transport demand with intelligent system based supply, thereby making it more efficient in busy urban areas. This technology of point-to-point transport puts Kuwait on the map of other western cities such as in Europe & US that have adopted the mobility and technology for smart cities, while improving the quality of life for residents and locals. Demand Responsive Transport (“DRT”) is a form of transport methodology wherein the system allows the vehicles to alter their routes automatically, using advanced machine learning and AI technologies, based on travel demand in a particular area/time without using fixed routes or timetabled journeys. Citylink Shuttle buses typically pick-up and drop-off passengers at specific stops according to the passengers’ travel needs. The technology ensures that the pickup and drop-off locations are within walking distances from the passengers and also provide an estimated travel time. It aims to address several requirements by promoting optimized public transportation and supplements the public transportation in unaccessible areas. “Citylink Shuttle” is a premium economy bus service, that provides with passengers with comfortable seating, safe drive and professional drivers.
