We use mindfulness - informed and evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention and Radically Open DBT to ensure our patients make progress, meet their goals and achieve symptom improvement. We are an insurance friendly practice, accepting BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care and some EAPS. We welcome adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our motto is PASSION, PRESENCE, PURPOSE!
