OVER 35 YEARS BASED IN THE HEART OF SILICON VALLEY Located in San Jose, the Capital of Silicon Valley, Civil Engineering Associates has been providing efficient and responsible land development services since 1983. The strength of any consulting firm is founded in the people who work there. We are very proud of the team we have built and the relationships and processes we have developed. We have been operating with largely the same core staff for decades and we pride ourselves on minimal turnover and extensive internal communication across all phases of projects. The lessons learned over those 3 decades have been passed along through the years and have guided CEA to the firm it is today. These principles developed by the founders Peter McMorrow and Don Utz are as present today as they were when the company began.
