About Civvy App
Civvy (Civics + Savvy) is an app designed to simplify, tailor, and deliver political news and information to the user based on THEIR beliefs. We don’t aim to only inform the user about politics, we want to teach them about themselves, and where they fit in the political process. Civvy uses a complex algorithm to place users on the political spectrum, then updates that placement as that user’s beliefs evolve over time. Recently, we’ve released an MVP, which has about 50% of the features envisioned in version 1.0, on to the Apple Store. We’ve also begun talks with established political outlets, about joining the project, as one of our primary goals is boosting visibility to 3rd party/independent political media.
