About CJAE Group

Established in 2021, CJAE Group focuses on building environments that foster interaction and promote strong community engagement. Architecture has the ability to create rules and order that can enhance relationships - between people, and between people and place. In working together with our client-partners, we design those rules hand-in-hand to create spaces to fulfill those needs, beginning during the earliest discussions of personal and project goals. CJAE Group provides both Architectural services and full Program Management services. We understand the complexity of all projects and that all projects come with their own demands and needs. We will use our expertise to help lead and direct to the best outcome for our client-partners, either as Architect or as Program Manager or as both. Experience in both areas helps inform the activity of the other. CJAE Group is a WMBE-certified company, located in Tampa, FL, and specializes in Healthcare and Commercial projects. Architectural Services - Provide full programming, planning, schematic, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Program/Project Management Services - Coordinate full project implementation, from initial concept to completion, including oversight of feasibility studies, program development, management of design process, management of bid and construction processes.
